Why is the Postage Rate so high?
Piper+Lily offer a flat shipping & handling rate within Australia of $7.00. The shopping cart does not allow us to set it up this way so when you purchase multiple items the postage rate calculated may appear quite high. Once your payment is made we will refund you the difference between the postage paid & the flat rate shipping cost. International orders will be refunded any overcharges when your order is processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Returns and Exchanges?
Refunds are only offered if the item is faulty or not as described in the listing. Please note that colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor and any colour difference is not considered a fault. You are welcome to return an item for a store credit / exchange within 7 days of receipt if it is un-used/unworn and in original condition with tags. Please note buyer is responsible for return / re-shipping charges in the case of exchange.
